Canan Commons is Muncie’s newest urban park. It is located in the heart of Downtown Muncie at 500 S. Walnut St.  Canan Commons is a central gathering place for many community and cultural events, al fresco films, and Friday “brown bag lunch” concerts held during the warmer months.  Its beautiful performance stage is home to the (free to the public) Muncie Three Trails Music Series.  www.downtownmuncie.org
